Using miFitness.org is
simple. When you register you will enter your starting
height and weight and a few minor things about yourself that will be
used to calculate calories burned and later compare you to some of the
activity averages for your group. Once you're signed up it's just
a matter of finding a web browser with an internet connection so you
can update any of your new events or review past events and summaries.
Use the miFitness.org
Calorie Counter. I have built the calorie counter for
those of us who would like to track our calorie intake. It's only
as accurate as the information you enter into it however. Fitness
events will automatically subtract the burned calories out of your
daily total. Remember, you burn calories all day long, and
fitness events work great to burn a good few extra.
